15 Reasons Why I Didn't Get Hired For BuzzFeed

Several weeks ago I applied to work for BuzzFeed's Production/Equipment Intern position. Unfortunately I did not get the job; however, I was never told why. So I decided to come up with 15 reasons why I was not hired to work for BuzzFeed.

1. Don't need another white guy working at BuzzFeed

2. They are scared of me

3. They know how much flannel I own

4. I look like the wrong person's ex-boyfriend

5. They wanted to break me down before they build me up

6. All the Greats were rejected from BuzzFeed

7. I'm an only child

8. They know how much I hacky sacked in high school and college

9. I don't have an opinion on kombucha

10. I pronounce GIFs... JIFs

11. Never seen NewsRadio

12. They found out how much I like camping

13. My go-to karaoke song is that one Violent Femmes' song

14. I drive a 2000 Toyota Camry LE in pristine paint peeled condition

15. Again they don't need another white guy working at BuzzFeed
