Although you smile and laugh, deep down you worry that you may not be living up to your fullest potential. However, everyone goes through a moment or two of uncertainty in life — don't beat yourself up for being human. Instead, sit down, make a list of things you want to accomplish, and some action steps to get you there!

You worry that you won't tap into your fullest potential!

Yeah you go on dates, but deep down you worry that you may not find 'The One'. Life is always a toss up of good and bad, so take a second to focus on the good, like writing out a list of qualities you bring to a relationship and qualities you want in your partner. Soon, you'll notice that you pull in people who are as loving and like-minded as you.

You worry that you won't find true love!

Sometimes it's hard to just pick up everything and pivot. Change is hard for a lot of people, so don't beat yourself up if you feel like you're not adjusting as fast as everyone else. Move through life at your own speed and enjoy every step of the way. If you tend to get anxious around big changes, try journaling, yoga, or daily meditation to recenter yourself and your thoughts.

You worry that you can't make life adjustments when necessary!

Imposter syndrome is real AF, and you hate to admit that sometimes it comes knocking on your door. It's normal and healthy to sometimes wonder if we just get 'lucky' about things, but realize that you've gotten what you have because you earned it and because you deserved it. Keep moving with a positive mentality, one filled with gratitude and humbleness, and watch things come your way more and more.
