As an expat Brit, who sailed to American shores years ago, there's not that much I miss about blighty. It's cold, grumpy, and the rent in London will turn your stomach upside down. But there are things I miss. Such as the tea cozy. I don't think Americans have quite understood tea. Teavana sells some delicious fruity potions, but it's NOT real tea. Real tea is the antidote for being cold and grumpy. It's a firm handshake on a blustery morning. It's a slap on the back after you've spent a day fighting an umbrella. And tea should be made in a pot. A pot should be sensible, and traditional. But the tea cozy is where you can get weird. You can celebrate your individualism, through a carefully knitted tea cozy. Go crazy, with these whacky and adorable tea cozies.
