Tip 1: PACK A PILLOW

Getting some sleep on the plane is always a great way to pass the time and a pillow will make your seat much more comfortable. A compressible pillow is the best and it will also be really useful - we will even give you one when you get here! Trust us; your pillow will be your new best friend.

Tip 2: EAT A HEALTHY BREAKFAST

If it’s a morning flight, bring a packet of instant oatmeal in your carry-on bag. Then you can ask the flight attendant for a cup of hot water, and voila! It’s healthy and it won’t cost you a fortune like the food at the airport.

Tip 3: KEEP CHEWING

If your ears get blocked when you fly, bring along an apple. When you feel the plane begin to descend, eat your apple. The chewing and swallowing will keep your ears in good shape.

Tip 4: EASY ACCESS

Put your boarding pass in a really obvious place. A front pocket of your jacket or bag is probably best. Just make sure it’s super easy to get to.

Tip 5: HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE
