Lena Dunham promised during the election that Trump's America would not include her.
"I know a lot of people have been threatening to do this, but I really will," she said about moving to Canada. "I know a lovely place in Vancouver.”
After the election, however, the Girls creator was singing a different tune. In an Instagram post, she said she planned to stick around.
"It's easy to joke about moving to Canada," she said. "It's harder to live, fully and painfully aware of the injustice surrounding us, to cherish and fear your county all at once. But I'm willing to try."
So much for Girls Montreal. 🙃
