What she's up to now: After finishing up with Charmed, Milano has had a number of guest appearances in My Name Is Earl, Castle, Project Runway: All Stars, and RuPaul's Drag Race. She's also starred in Hall Pass, New Year's Eve, Sundays at Tiffany's, Wisegal, Insatiable, and Mistresses. Along the way Milano also got married and had some adorable-looking kids.
Fun fact: Post-Charmed Milano not only launched her own line of team apparel for female baseball fans, but also wrote two books. The first was a book on baseball fandom called Safe At Home: Confessions of a Baseball Fanatic, and the second was a comic series titled Hacktivist.
What she's up to now: Since departing the show after her character Prue died in 2001, Doherty has had a variety of roles over the years. Most notably, she has starred in The Rendering, North Shore, Kiss Me Deadly, Burning Palms, and Mari-Kari. Doherty also reprised her role of Brenda Walsh in the reboot of 90210, and is set to appear in a television adaption of Heathers due to air in 2018.
Fun fact: Doherty joined the cast of Dancing with the Stars in 2010, but was unfortunately eliminated in the first week.
What she's up to now: Following on from her role as the youngest Charmed sister, McGowan has since had sucess in films such as Planet Terror and Death Proof. She also made her directorial debut in 2015 with Dawn. Most recently McGowan has made headlines due to her rape allegations against Harvey Weinstein.
Fun fact: In 2015 McGowan released a debut single titled "RM486".
What he's up to now: Post-Charmed, Krause has mainly had a quiet acting career. He's made a couple of appearances in TV shows such as CSI: Miami, Mad Men, and Castle, as well as acting in Devil's Diary and Stalked at 17.
Fun fact: In 2011 Krause lent his voice and imagery to portray a minor character in video game L.A. Noire.
What she's up to now: After her success playing Billie on Charmed, Cuoco's next big role was playing Penny in The Big Bang Theory. She's also starred in a couple of films including To Be Fat Like Me, Hop, Authors Anonymous, The Wedding Ringer, and Burning Bodhi.
Fun fact: In 2017 Cuoco founded her own film and production company called Yes, Norman Productions.
What he's up to now: Gregory's acting career slowed after Charmed wrapped up in 2006. His most notable roles since then have been guest appearances of Las Vegas, Show Stoppers, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, and a bunch of hosting gigs.
Fun fact: Gregory has a music group with his sister, Mercedes, called MD Says, which stands for "Mercedes and Dorian Says".
What he's up to now: Playing the manipulative Cole Turner, McMahon went on to have leading and supporting roles in the Fantastic Four franchise, Premonition, Red, Faces in the Crowd, and Bait. He also won recognition for his portrayal of Christian Troy in Nip/Tuck.
Fun fact: In 2014 McMahon was married for the third time to his girlfriend of 11 years, Kelly Paniagua.
What he's up to now: Following his departure from Charmed, King has since had a slew of roles on Fraiser, General Hospital, Sex and the City, Prison Break, NCIS, and Hawaii Five-0.
Fun fact: King married his girlfriend Maya Rodwell in 2008 before welcoming their first child in 2010.
What she's up to now: Once Charmed finished, Hughes continued her acting career in both film and television. Following her return to General Hospital, Hughes also appeared in Killer Hair, Disarmed, Like Crazy, The Bet, Byrd and the Bees, and Granite Flats.
Fun fact: Hughes hosted the makeover show How Do I Look? for three years.
What she's up to now: Since appearing on Charmed as the wise and sassy Penny Halliwell, Rhodes has kept things slightly low-key. She's had a of couple guest roles on Gilmore Girls, The Young and the Restless, The Mentalist, and Grey's Anatomy, as well as starring in Class and Lovesick.
Fun fact: Although she's currently 70 years old, Rhodes is still cracking witty lines on Twitter.
What he's up to now: After playing Piper's love interest in the earlier seasons, Vaughan went on to have considerable success in soaps such as The Young and the Restless, General Hospital, and Days of Our Lives. Currently he's playing Detective Calvin in Queen Sugar.
Fun fact: Vaughan appeared on The Tyra Banks Show in 2007 to help coach Tyra through "soap opera school".
