Aamir Khan Finally Met The Boy Whose Story About Living With Progeria Went Viral

A commenter arranged the meeting after reading about Nihal's dream to meet Khan on "Humans Of Bombay".

This is Nihal, a 14-year-old Indian boy whose story about his life with progeria went viral a few days ago.

He mentioned being a big Aamir Khan fan and that he would love to meet him someday.

And it proved to be no ordinary promise because it just made Nihal's dream of meeting Aamir come true.

“Thank you, Aamir uncle, for making my dream come true. Your Taare Zameen Par always inspired me to face adverse situations and I always knew that one day I will meet you," Nihal said in a post on his page Team Nihal.

Nihal made a drawing of Ganesha for Aamir, and he loved it.

"Also a special thanks for appreciating the Ganesha I drew for you. Hope you will always keep it with you. The goodies that you gave me with your autograph will always make me remember our meeting. I am feeling very optimistic and positive about life. I am sure you will help spread the word for the Progeria Research Foundation to identify 60 more kids like me in India so that they can get the right treatment. He even got a signed copy of Taare Zameen Pe with a personal note from his favourite Khan.
