My first post!
I recently faced with some young people, having about the same age with me, that are worried about the future. So basically, I can say that I recently faced with some young and anxious people.
Okay, here's what I think. First of all, I can't lie. I have anxious attacks just like everyone but once I got the necessary ambition the things flew more easier. You just need to relax for a moment, and be aware that only yourself can bring the happiness that everyone is looking for, and worring about the future would not change anything, instead of will steal your present and the times you need to be happy. I know it's hard but you need to focus on the main things that make you happy. For me it's easy, I like reading books, watching good and old films, listening to music, longboarding, writing, spending time in nature - all these in my free time, because at least I'm a stressed student too. But only doing so you'll be able to survive this fight - called life. Without some ambition and positivity the things won't work. I usually follow accounts who posts positive things on social media and write down some cute and inspiritational sentences to help myself to start and finish another ordinary day and see the beauty in little things. There are soo many things outside that are waiting for you to enjoy them, you just need to make a small effort, because all of us know that the first steps all always more hard to do than the next ones. Live the present, and let the life to leads you in a natural way to the real hapiness. And have faith in life, in your destiny! You'll be surprised on how things will work if you decide to not worring anymore about the future.
