    On Thursday, a C-Span camera caught presiding chairman George Holding of North Carolina napping during his colleague’s impassioned plea to repeal Obamacare.

    "I was just resting my eyes."

    The way in which he gracefully transitioned from his deep, peacful slumber into a fully-attentive state reminded us of another cuddly little guy who got caught mid-nap...

    SPUDGY!!

    Thank you, Rep. Holder, for proving once and for all that that the members of Congress are as effective at getting shit done as Spudgy is at staying awake.
