For last-minute online holiday shopping, steer clear of JCPenney.com — your stuff may not come for nine days. STELLAService, a company that polls thousands of shoppers about their customer service experience, tracked how long 25 top retailers took to deliver their packages. Zappos, the huge shoe and clothing retailer, came out on top, with shipments arriving in one day on average. Office suppliers like OfficeMax, Office Depot, and Staples were also quick. Of the 25 retailers, the average delivery time was four days.
