In the UK, it's unlawful to discriminate against employees because of a mental or physical disability, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
Perhaps you've been discriminated against due to a long-term health condition, like HIV or cancer...
...or an employer failing to understand or make adjustments for periods of mental ill health.
Or has an employer failed to make adjustments that would make it easier to carry out your job?
Whatever your experiences of discrimination at work are, we want to hear about them. Tell your story in the comment section below, and you could be featured in an upcoming BuzzFeed Community post or video.
Please let us know what country you're based in when leaving your comment. Also, please don't mention employers or individuals by name. If you'd like to get in touch with us with more details of your experience, email Hilary.Mitchell@buzzfeed.com. Thanks!
