Four stars! Not bad, not bad at all. Everyone loves your hotel! Well, everyone except that grouchy old man who didn't like the towel fabric. There could be a change here or there, but overall it's awesome!

Three stars! Your hotel is great, but there are some changes you need to make. That paint looks a little old, and that guy over there didn't like your pancakes (I did!). Once you change it a bit, take the quiz again and I think your hotel will rock!
