Promising review: "I'm flat footed and these are what I need to support my arch. I've tried these shoe insoles for almost two weeks and they work perfectly. They are soft and cushiony when I walk. They have a decent arch support that works well. This new insole was easy to trim to fit into my size 9 shoes. My old shoes have new life again. I am a nurse and walk a lot and stand for hours. These replacement in soles saved my feet, knees and legs. I will order more and recommend to my family and friends." —Kathleen Higley

Promising review: "I love these. Out of the blue I developed some pain that I assumed was plantar fasciitis. I was dreading wearing clunky shoes and insoles around the house. Enter these bizarre little bands. Whatever hocus pocus is going on here, I'm a believer. I wore them faithfully for a week or so and my pain is gone. Maybe they aren't for everyone, but they sure worked for me." —frankenmuth

Promising review: "I live in the city and my feet (and back) have developed all sorts of problems from frequent walking over the years in cheap shoes with poor support. The absolute worst shoes I can wear are flats. Finally I bit the bullet and ordered these Danskos, which I've heard are great for people who are on their feet a lot. I considered it an investment. They are definitely everything I hoped they would be! My feet, legs, and back are feeling so much better and I can walk fairly long distances again all over the city without pain and in stylish shoes. There is no rubbing, the ankle straps settle in just the right place, and the support is excellent. I am a Dansko convert. Already looking at boots for the fall and winter!" —PhillyGirl

I tore a tendon in my foot earlier this year and it has been an endless source of discomfort ever since. My doctor recommended BioFreeze and now I can't live without it. It has a menthol scent to it that dissipates pretty quickly and really does help relax the pain in my foot. I've also used on my arches when my plantar fasciitis has acted up and it has helped with that as well. You won't regret this purchase, I promise.
Promising review: "This has changed my life, I work on my feet all the time and often my back hurts and my feet kill me, applying this nightly and stretching have made a significant difference with the pain." —gb1991

I have one of these bad boys and it has honestly been a game changer. When I posted on my Instagram that I had received one, the responses I got were WILD. People are PASSIONATE about this gadget and now I understand why. I've used it on the arches of my feet and have way less pain than ever before. The nozzle at the end contracts at a high speed (think, a tiny punching machine) that surprisingly doesn't hurt but leaves your body buzzing in a good way.
Don't be intimidated by its appearance. It's simple to use and extremely effective. It feels similar to managing a hand mixer — weird, but true. In my opinion, it's worth the money and it actually does work.

Promising review: "This massage ball is great! I do a lot of casual dancing (hip-hop) and play a lot of basketball, and my feet tend to cramp on a regular basis. This ball has helped relieve that and now my feet rarely cramp up. I would definitely recommend this ball to you if you're feet are like mine and need some relief from cramping. As a heads up it does kind of hurt when you use the ball but the short term pain is worth the long term relief. I usually roll my feet for no longer than 30 seconds at a time and that's enough for me." —John

Promising review: "I love to use this every night after working on my feet all day. The price was reasonable and the massage it provides is great. The settings let you pick 15 or 30 minutes and it feels so great that the 30 minutes is over before I realize the time has passed. I had other people try it at a house party I had and everyone raved about how great it felt. Buy it, your feet will thank you." —amazoncustomer

Promising review: "Love these. I have pretty bad arches, so buying any sandal/slipper is always a known bad for me. I can wear them a bit, then my feet start killing me. I wanted to get something that looked nicer than your standard flip-flops so I got these. I've been out for hours with these on a few times now and my freaking arches DO NOT hurt! I am so shocked and happy by that." —Boris Yeltsin

Promising review: "I’ve been having so many issues with my feet the last few years. My feet hurt so bad, it’s made me become a hermit. I’ve had tendinitis in both and now plantar fasciitis. I get foot cramps all the time. After just one day with this under my desk at work, I feel a huge difference. My feet no longer feel tight and painful. They feel tingly — in a good way. I look forward to being able to go for a walk and not have to rest along the way. I know it’s meant for feet but I may try it out on my calves. I also love that it’s small, looks nice and doesn’t slide around. I highly recommended this for anyone, foot issues or not, if you sit a lot. Nice way to keep the blood flowing when stuck at a desk." —Vanessa Thomas

Promising review: "Experience taught me that arch supports greatly relieved my plantar fasciitis, but my summer sandals were sadly lacking the support I need! Rather than spending over $100 on new shoes, I decided to try these stick-on arch supports — and I'm so glad I did! First of all, they certainly do stick! But they can be repositioned easily. They provide just the right 'lift,' and the cushioning is so comfortable. I highly recommend them!" —Widdershins

Promising review: "I never leave reviews but honestly this product has changed my life. I've had flat feet my whole life but one really flat foot to where my ankles swell up after walking all day. I'm a healthy young man so people never understood why I walked so slowly and people never understood how much pain I was in. Recently the pain traveled from my ankles to my knees and a grinding sensation started occurring in my knees. These inserts not only helped the problem but they completely fixed all the pain in my knees, ankles, and lower back. I felt like crying the first few days wearing these, a problem that's been bothering me for 27 years was fixed with a $15 purchase. These have completely changed my life and these will be a new standard for any shoe I buy in the future. If I could give more stars I would!" —Andrew Montemayor

A few years ago I broke my foot and found I needed major support from my sneakers, not just for working out but for everyday use. I bought my first pair of Asics and never looked back. They are cushioned, comfortable, and exactly what you'd want in a sneaker — and over 3.7K Amazon customers agree!
Promising review: "I love these shoes! I am hard to please due to plantar fasciitis, fallen arches, and lots of screws in my ankle. Great arch support and really beautifully designed shoes. The photo doesn't do them justice. They make me happy looking at them and wearing them. I only wear them to work out and they feel great! Great price too!!" —T. Discosola
