It's a super intuitive device. Plus the lighter with the USB (included), charge for a bit, then pop it open and light ALL THE THINGS; well, candles. 11. A sound machine/night light for anyone who is desperate for some decent sleep sometime this decade.

Promising review: "LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this lamp/white noise machine. I bought a second one, and now everyone in the family wants one (the adults and teen alike!). The options for lamp brightness/dimness, noise volume, and types of white noise are GREAT. We were able to drown out fireworks for my son that were going off RIGHT over our house. The touch option for on/off is great; there is a toddler lock feature we love; you are able to program green-to-rise for kiddos to stay in their rooms until it turns a certain color... love being able to control it from my phone... you can add as many lamps to your app as you want/need. Just LOVE this lamp. The one thing that isn't my favorite is that you have to disconnect/log out of one lamp to connect with another in the app. I wish you could just select each lamp without that extra step, but that's not a huge deal at all. Love it!" —H.P.

We have ours mounted in a narrow spot alongside our fridge — it's really easy to keep in plain sight without being an eyesore.

Promising review: "I love this vacuum. The V10 doesn't disappoint. While it's weird to get used to holding this tiny piece of machinery, it really does an amazing job. It was incredible how much dog fur it picked up! I was pretty grossed out to be honest, to think I lived in this atmosphere for this long 'thinking' it was clean is nuts! I love all the attachments too, they are all top notch and well made. I feel like I can tackle my entire house with this bad boy. AND it's lightweight! I use it on the lowest setting and it still picks up a ton. I don't think I'll ever need the high or medium setting. But I did try the highest setting for a few seconds and literally felt like the vacuum was ATTACHED to the floor, that's how hard it sucked (in a good way)!" —Matthew Mintun

Get the V10 from Amazon for $349+ (available in three styles).

Promising review: "I’ve never been a 'morning person' and alarm clocks have historically been loud and obnoxious options to waking up, so I decided to try this. Now it’s not magic, it hasn’t made me all of a sudden cheerful in the morning but it’s a much more calming alternative. Other than the obvious reasons for trying this kind of clock, this particular one has many awesome settings! It has multiple different levels of lights, along with different colors of lights. It has an alarm function and a clock function. It can also double as a sound machine that you can play soothing sounds at night. When using the alarm function the sunrise comes on 10 minutes before the alarm goes off. You can also plug your phone into it for charging. I love the versatility of this alarm clock and the instructions are. Very easy to follow. You should get it." —JRRinBoston

    15. A wireless remote kit to make turning on your twinkle lights (or anything else you hook up to it!) a breeze.

Promising review: "I absolutely love these! In my apartment I strung Christmas lights around the top of my bedroom and then did the same in my living room and kitchen. It makes my apartment so much cozier and bright without even having to turn on the overhead. I hated having to plug and unplug them though. When I found out about these, it made life so much easier. I could easily turn the living room ones on as the sunset to brighten up my room, and then if I moved to the kitchen my lights could come on or into my bedroom. And I could shut them off from the other room too. The controller does not have to be directly aimed at the receiver or unblocked. It works just fine from anywhere in my apartment even across doors." —Brianna Curtis

    16. A Pixar-inspired popcorn machine, because what would go better with a never ending Disney movie marathon than a delicious snack?

Promising review: "I'm totally in love with this cute little thing. This is my first popcorn maker so I wasn't really sure what to expect. It is easy to use and comes 100% assembled. After a few minutes, it just pops away. The little dome is the cover for the popper and you remove the red lid so that the air slits are exposed while popping. When you hear that the pops have slowed down, you turn it off, unplug it, and turn the unit it over to reveal the bowl. You put the little red cap back on in order to catch any un-popped kernels. The popper unit is non-stick, so that helps the kernels not burn. This is totally worth the buy." —Leozpride

Get it from Amazon for $39.99.

    17. A double extension cord so you can run an endless amount of power throughout your home without trying to track down another outlet.

Each cord is six feet long and has three available plugs.

Promising review: "I have no idea why these are not sold everywhere. PERFECT for my room! I ended up getting this due to my king size bed being against a wall with only one outlet. I needed a way to connect my two lamps on my nightstand and this is absolutely, without a doubt, the very best solution to connecting my lamps and also not having all my outlets taken up. I recommend this to everyone! Also perfect for outlets connected to a switch to turn on and off both lights at the same time." —Ryan

Promising review: "I have NO idea why this product would ever have less than a five-star review. It is a great brush set — I used all three in an effort to get some mildew stains off the grout in my shower. NOTHING worked, but a bit of Soft Scrub (bleach) and these brushes worked like a charm! I then used the larger brush on the floor of the shower, and to remove some soap scum from the glass shower doors. WOW! Where has this been all my life?! Excellent product, works like it should in conjunction with your power drill." —SomeGirl

Get it from Amazon for $14.95 ( available in six styles).

    19. A Honeywell Home Thermostat for anyone who likes to think they're actually a meteorologist or likes to plan their hairstyle around what the humidity might be.

Promising review: "This thermostat is terrific. If you want a nice looking, accurate thermostat that does its job, this is for you. Easy to set up and has a nice app to use while you're away. This doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a Nest but it's almost half the cost. I replaced another Honeywell thermostat when I purchased a new air conditioner. I like the fact you can get the outside temp and humidity as well as the five day forecast in your area. Love the color changes as there are lots of background colors to choose from." —pmich10

Get it from Amazon for $159.

    20. A standing heater/fan combo that'll make sure your humble abode is an ideal temperature no matter what.

I have this tower and it has been such a wonderful addition to my bedroom. I live in an apartment in which I don't have control over the heat, so it's essential that I have a fan to use in both the warmer and cooler months. That being said, sometimes I'm home and the heat isn't on AT ALL (brrrr) which is where the heater option comes in. It's definitely been a great product to have on hand.

Get it from Amazon for $85.48+ (available in two styles).

    21. A Citizen wall clock with compatibility to an Echo device that'll let "Alexa" set timers for you — a must-have for your modern kitchen.

I recently got this clock and love the look of it! My husband is very particular about our clock and he agrees that it looks great up on our wall. I haven't tested out the more advanced functions yet, but can't wait!

Promising review: "There are multiple things I love about this clock. I love the look of it. It's simple and modern looking, and matches the finishes in our kitchen. It's a great size, easy enough to see, but doesn't take up a ton of wall space. I also love that this clock pairs with our Alexa. This is so cool. You can set multiple timers and the clock lights up and shows you how much time is left on each. You can also receive notifications from Alexa, and the time itself is paired with Alexa so it's always correct. The clock was very simple to set up. It takes four C batteries and you can choose to keep the clock on manual mode or smart mode. If you choose smart mode you simple ask Alexa to 'set up your gadget' and in about five minutes the time is set perfectly and a blue light indicates the clock has successfully paired. Neat clock. Would definitely recommend. Great to own or give as a gift. Fun addition to our smart devices around the house and kitchen and hopefully I will burn less bread or dishes." —Dora Explorer

Get it from Amazon for $79.99.

    22. Nintendo's Ring Fit Adventure game that'll combine the fun of exploring a fantasy world and battling enemies with an action-packed workout using a wheel-like gadget. This is NOT your Mom's pilate's class.

I've also been using this game as a way to supplement my trips to the gym. This may seem like a childish adventure from Nintendo, but JEEZ within moments I'm sweating my butt off. To play, you'll place a JoyCon into both the ring con and a leg strap so your movements are monitored. To move through each level you have to physically run in place and each time you "battle" an enemy you have to do 15 reps of an exercise of your choosing. For example, each time I complete a squat the enemy receives a "kick." It's so fun I don't realize I'm working out until the game reminds me to take a break and have some water. It even monitors your heart rate for you. It's more intense than you'd expect!

Get it from Amazon for $79.99.

    23. A fake fireplace to bring the magic of one of those wintry cabins you always see in Hallmark movies into your own home. It even gives off heat!

Promising review: "This is a cute little electric stove. Make sure that you check out the measurements before you order. I bought it for my utility room in the basement, and it gives the room a lovely glow and cozy warmth. I also love the remote control. You can use the 'fire' without the heat if you choose. The knob on the door is super cute, and when you open the glass door, you can see the thermostat and the other digital numbers that tell you the temperature, the time setting (how long do you want it to run), and the flame intensity. I chose this particular stove because of the glass sides. I thought that was prettier to see the flame by three sides." —J.P.

Get it from Amazon for $174.99+ (available in four styles).

    24. An Arlo Pro 2 Wireless Home Security Camera System you can install for a little extra peace of mind the next time you hear a bump in the night.

Promising review: "I've had the Arlo Pro 2 now about a month. I did a lot of research and narrowed it down to the Nest or Arlo. Not wanting to pay monthly as I only needed a basic subscription drove me towards the Arlo. So far I've had no issues with the cameras or base station. It has snowed, rained, been 20 degrees, and the cameras have not blinked. Also with all that different weather both cameras still have an 80% battery life left one month in. If you continue to go on and look live then I would think it would chew up the battery more but I get about 20 alerts a day because I live on a shared drive and it catches traffic to/from my neighbors. So the only negative I don't like is you can't set an activity zone unless your plugged in, other than that I love these cameras and looking to add another. I see negative and positive reviews so when I purchased I had my doubts as well, but if your looking for a good camera(picture is awesome) I would recommend giving this a try, so far so good for me!" —CT.

Get it from Amazon for $149.99+ (available with up to six cameras).

This vendor is the coolest ever and they will stand by their product, so rest assure that if you don't like it (can't imagine why) or if the product stops working this company has your back. 'Why would I ever need something like this' turned into love with it the first hour! The music, the information, and the whole Alexa experience made her a huge believer. The same thing happened with my sister and my niece. They loved it. Now we also 'drop in' to talk to one another. 28. An alarm clock with a projection feature so you'll have no excuse but to face the facts that it's time to start your day.

I have a clock like this and I've found it really helpful. I wake up in the middle of the night a lot and it's great to be able to glance at the ceiling and see how much more time I have to sleep rather than shock my eyeballs with the light from my phone.

Promising review: "I love this alarm clock!! The wake up sound is pleasant and upbeat, the turn-it-off button is on the back (which makes it easier to not ‘inadvertently’ turn it off when I’m hitting snooze). Even the curve of it seems well designed because it fits the curve of the hand when reaching around. The light projection on the ceiling is cool!! And it seems pretty much everything is dimmable and adjustable!! It even remembers the time and alarm settings when you unplug it!! The extra suction power for pet hair makes a huge difference. Even on our area rugs, the Roomba does a great job. If you are debating on whether or not to get this device, it makes life a whole lot easier with dusting and sweeping. The battery life is great — we keep ours on the charger while we aren't using it. Setup and controlling the Roomba is very simple. It can be controlled straight from your phone. When the Roomba is done with its job or low on battery, it automatically returns to the charging port while sending you a notification of its movement. Overall, great product! Would recommend this to everyone." —Amelia

    31. A Sonos sound bar with Alexa built-in so when you're done cranking up the volume to feel like you're really inside the Millennium Falcon while re-watching Star Wars for the zillionth time you can ask Alexa to play the soundtrack for you.,

Promising review: "This is my second sound bar that I’ve owned and my first Sonos product. I must say I am very impressed. For such a small sound bar this thing outputs great sound. The Beam’s sound when playing movies and music is perfect. I have a mid-size living room area and the Beam fills the space with sound quite handedly The addition of Alexa is arguably this sound bar’s biggest selling point and I’m happy to say it works really well. It works just as well as my Echo and Echo Dot and allows me to control my Smart Home devices. I can ask Alexa to play music on Spotify and then ask it to run my Robovac without having to lift a finger.
