    Let's get down to business.

    1. A full body Disney HIIT workout featuring hip-hop dance moves to songs from movies like High School Musical, Mulan, Hercules will definitely increase your likelihood of getting off the couch for a few.

Get ready to sing *and* dance your heart out! This 20-minute routine from "That Disney Girl" will lift your spirits, get you moving, and bring some Disney magic into your next workout.

    2. 305 Fitness' YouTube channel with an array of live streamed 40-minute Disney cardio workouts designed to get the whole family involved (and sweaty!).

In addition to the one above, Sadie of 305 Fitness also created a "Disney Reigns Dance Workout" and a for you to tackle next! I also found this one to be super fun — it combined a bunch of Disney Channel songs, Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, and pop covers of classics.

    3. Disney Family's "Get Moving" series to help you and your kiddos channel your favorite characters through a fun workout filled with songs you know and love.

While these workouts were created with kids in mind (I know this for a fact, I worked for Disney Family when we came up with this idea!) you'll also feel the burn as an adult (I've tried 'em all!). You can exercise to the vibes of Moana (seen above), Mulan, The Incredibles, The Jungle Book, The Lion King, and Peter Pan. Check out all of the videos here.

    4. An "Into the Unknown" dance fitness workout, so you can finally find a healthy way to channel your inner-need to be just like Elsa (she's *cool* in more ways than one, OK?).

Not only will you feel the burn without leaving your living room, but you'll also get to learn a sick dance to show off to your fellow Disney-obsessed friends. Win-win!

    5. A Zumba workout to Moana's "How Far I'll Go" filmed on a beautiful beach to make you feel like you're getting a virtual vacation *and* workout all in one.

As Maui would say... "You're Welcome." Something about this workout video is so soothing you won't even mind that you're moving about instead of sleeping in late.

    6. A 20-minute walkthrough of Disney's Magic Kingdom you can pop on before taking a stroll on the treadmill to really feel like you're visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth.

RunTheImpossible's YouTube channel has *so* many of these videos it makes me ache for the treadmills at my gym (never thought I'd say that!). If the Magic Kingdom isn't your favorite (gasp!) you check out their entire "treadmill series" which includes walkthroughs of Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Disney California Adventure, and a variety of hotels.

    7. A Zumba workout set to Shakira's "Try Everything" from Zootopia that'll make you want to get up and *shake ya' groove thaaaang*.

It's what Shakira would want. This three-minute video is a great way to break a sweat without taking too much time out of your day. You might as well give it a *try*.

    8. A Disney dance workout combining songs from Moana, Aladdin, and Mulan with a timer to help guide you through the routine.

Kyra Pro's YouTube channel also has a second part to this workout filled with jams from Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, and Frozen, so you can keep the fun going for a full 25-minute sweat sesh.

    9. And a jazzy "Friend Like Me" workout to Ne-Yo's version of the song featuring Broadway-inspired moves that'll leave you feeling like a dancin' Disney hero by the end of the routine.

The👋JAZZ 👋VIBES👋!!! There are fewer things as fun as a modern day cover to a classic Disney hit, so it's no surprise this workout routine set to Ne-Yo's version of the Aladdin song is such a good time.

What we'll all probably feel like after trying out all of these workouts:
