Most people strive for their best, but YOU strive for absolute perfection in all that you do. Your standards are unrealistically high and you can be quite critical of mistakes, and that's harmful to others AND to yourself! Try setting more realistic goals and reminding yourself that nobody's perfect...you might just feel better in the long run!

Perfectionism

You're that person who's constantly zoning out during conversations, meetings, and appointments. You're, like, always in your own little world, and it's starting to cause problems! Next time you feel your mind wandering away from the task at hand, try to reel yourself back in by asking questions/redirecting your thoughts – you'll be a MUCH more present person when you do!

Absent-minded

Nobody can tell you anything or make you do anything! There's something to be said for standing firm in your convictions, but you take it to a whoooooooole other level. It's true that you have a lot of good thoughts and ideas, but that doesn't mean everyone else has *bad* ones! When you let go of the constant need to be right, you might just find life is a little more peaceful!

Stubbornness

Well, it looks like we've got a regular Eeyore over here! You always expect the worse and try to "bring people back down to reality" when they share any optimistic thoughts. You're so deep in your pessimism you probably don't even realize how much you bring down the mood! Try surrounding yourself with more positivity and reframing your thoughts – you'll feel so glad you did!

Pessimism

It doesn't take a lot to set you off!  The worst thing is you get SO angry over things that seem SO insignificant. (People in your life would love to tell you that, but they don't because then you'd snap at them...) You really don't mean to get THAT heated, but you always allow the anger to take over when it shouldn't. It may be cliché, but try taking a few deep breaths and removing yourself from anger-inducing situations when possible...you might just find your life to be more peaceful.

Short Temper

You think you're soooooo important and clever. Unfortunately, no one else feels that way. You're constantly trying to show off and convince people you're something you're not...doesn't that get exhausting? Being more concerned about your image than who you actually are as a person? I think if you take a step back and started doing things for yourself rather than others, you'll start to feel 100 times better.

Pretentiousness

You can't wait for ANYTHING, and it's utterly exhausting! You want things NOW and you want to do things AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It's almost like you've never considered that you aren't the only person in the world, and you're not the only one who's ever had to wait for something. Next time you feel yourself getting super impatient, take a few deep breaths and remind yourself that this isn't the end of the world...good things take time.

Impatience

A lot of people shy away from conflict, but not you. In fact, you're kind of constantly seeking out fights or debates. There's nothing wrong with having strong opinions...you just...don't always have to express them. It's perfectly fine (and reasonable to assume!) that everyone isn't going to agree with everything you say. Try agreeing to disagree the next time you find yourself in an argument...you might just find you enjoy the peace.

Argumentative

You're the kind of person who, quite frankly, doesn't want to do...anything. I don't know a single person who doesn't enjoy a lazy day here and there, but you're seriously taking it to a whole different level! You watch life go on around you, and you never show initiative or offer to help. It's starting to annoy everyone, and it's certainly not helping you! Try making a daily schedule for yourself so you can make time to get stuff down AND chill out at the end of the day.

Laziness

You're that person who's always making a mess or dropping things or tripping down the stairs. Of course there's nothing wrong with that, but in your case, it's because of sheer carelessness. You don't pay attention to where you're going or what's going on around you...and that's a problem! Try to be more present in the moment and you might just find you have a lot less of those clumsy moments.
