This is tamago, aka Japanese egg omelet.

This is saba, aka mackerel.

This is anago, aka salt-water eel.

This is hirame, aka fluke or flounder.

Which piece of sushi is hirame?

This is ebi, aka cooked shrimp.

Which piece of sushi is ebi?
