I used a mixture of garlic powder, onion powder, herbs de Provence, salt, and pepper.
They also looked more brown, though they didn't taste burnt.
The farfalle and the rigatoni fell somewhere in between: a delicate balance of crunchy and carb-y.
They are savory and cheesy, but with the consistency of a cracker. Digging into a bowl of pasta chips isn't the same as sinking your teeth into saucy noodles, but if you're in the mood for something crunchy, savory, and snackable, this will do the trick.
That being said....it's no pasta pomodoro. And while I'd recommend you give these a shot for the novelty of it, I'd choose a bowl of spaghetti over these pasta chips 9 times out of ten. 🤤
