Christoph Waltz in Spectre. I was so excited when I found out he was going to be in the film, especially given his outstanding performance in Inglorious. But he was so boring in Spectre, could have been played by anyone.
Frasier. It had a fantastic combination of satisfaction (all the characters had happy endings) and a brilliant twist right at the end that I did NOT see coming.
