1 tbsp baking soda
1 cup water

Put 1 tablespoon of baking soda into 1 cup of water. Store the mixture in a spray bottle. Take note however, that baking soda shampoo is way too aggressive for everyday use. Use it twice to thrice a week. It is very effective in removing build-up, flakes and dandruff. Rinse this shampoo with an apple cider vinegar diluted in water.

2 cups rain or soft water

Heat the water and bring it to a boil before adding fruit of honey locust. Strain the concoction and let it cool before using. Pour it into a small bowl and dip your hair into it. Let it stand for a few minutes. Rinse it off if you want.

1 tsp white vinegar
10 drops essential oil of your choice

1 tbsp orange flower water
1 tbsp spring water
3 drops essential oil of your choice

Add in all the ingredients into a small bowl except for the essential oil. Mix them well. Put the essential oil slowly while mixing well. Pour the mixture into a spray bottle. Shake well before using and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

1 ounce dried burdock root or camomile flowers or horsetail extracts
2 cups water

Instructions
Bring the water to a boil. Pour it to the jar filled with the dried herbs. Put the lid back on and let it steep for at least 30 minutes. Strain the herbs. Use the concoction throughout the length of your hair. Leave it in but make sure to let your hair dry before putting on your clothes to avoid stains.
