5. Excision (2012)

The main character of this film is a very lonely schoolgirl with a pretty twisted mind. She dreams of studying medicine while she's looking for ways to make her domineering mother feel proud of her. Even though this teen has a serious obsession with sex and surgical procedures, the way in which the movie is told reminds you of just about every other teen drama — just, uh, taken to the extreme on the violence end.

6. The Human Centipede 1, 2 and 3 (2009, 2011 and 2015)

In the original film, a German doctor kidnaps three tourists and binds them together using surgery, sewing one's mouth to the other's anus, with the goal of creating a human centipede where humans share the same digestive system.

7. Salò, or the 120 Days Of Sodom (1975)
