I have type one diabetes. I have been told to 'skip sugar' and that 'cinnamon cures diabetes'. FIRST OFF, MINE IS GENETIC. IT DID NOT COME FROM POOR HABITS. secondly, CINNAMON IS NOT A MAGIC CURE.
