10 Types Of Drunk We All Know - Which One Are You?

Everybody changes when they are under the influence. And I mean everybody. Whether it be increased confidence, constant dancing, flirting or something else, alcohol changes us all. Which one of our types are you??

1. The Party Rocker

All ‘Party Rockers’ want to do is – surprise surprise – party! They don’t care about drinking loads, pulling somebody in a club, drama going on between friends or looking after their mates. All they want to do is dance and have a good time, all night, every night! They’ll be the first and last person on the dance floor.

2. The Magician

‘Magicians’. You arrive with them at the start of the night, but at around midnight they suddenly disappear and don’t reappear until about 4 in the morning. What have they been up to? Who have they been with? Why do they have lipstick on their forehead and a rip in their top?? Only Magicians know…

3. The Rope

The Rope, named so because they are always on the pull. The second a drop of alcohol hits a Ropes mouth they want some action. Incredibly flirty all the time, Ropes main goal is to wake up the next day in somebody else’s bed.

4. The Observer

Observers are either saviours or a pain in the ass. Usually nowhere near as drunk as the rest of the group, Observers watch as the rest of the group slowly embarrass themselves. Kind Observers stay in this state so that they can look after the rest of the group. However, Unkind Observers do it purely so that they remember all the gossip and embarrassing moments in the morning.

5. The Tank

Tanks drink alcohol for one reason – to see how much alcohol they can drink. By three o’clock in the morning they should be passing out in the club toilets. And if they’re not it hasn’t been a good night for them. Oh, and in the morning Tanks love to list everything they drank the night before. Which will likely be a lot!

6. The Early Bird

“Things were starting to kick off, so I got myself outta there”. Early Birds like leaving just as things start to get fun, either because they are hungry, they have a partner to go home to or just because they have had enough. If you leave the pub or club early, you are an Early Bird my friend.

7. The Payday Hero

Every group needs that one friend who has landed a good job and buys almost every round. The Payday Hero not only buys everyone drinks, but never expects one in return. They buy their friends drinks purely out of the kindness of their giant wallet. The good Samaritan of the drunks, the Payday Hero.

8. The Heavy Hander

Heavy Handers are clumsy, forceful and the most inconsiderate of all the drunks. When they dance they swing their arms about, often hitting you in the face. They pat you on the back just a little bit too hard so that you spill your drink. If you’re in front of them chances are they will jump on your back for a piggy back. Oh and if there happens to be a fight, at the centre of it will be a Heavy Hander.

Emotionals do what they say on the tin. Once alcohol is in their system they start crying, worrying, causing drama, etc. They can be a real handful when drunk, however it can only happen every so often.

Once drunk, the phone comes out and the pictures are taken! Selfies, group photos, even cheeky snaps of the embarrassing girl trying to pole dance. Photographers cannot help but take pictures all night. And come morning, Facebook is flooded with their work!
