Egyptian Protestors Thrown Off Building In Violent Alexandria Clashes

Egyptian activists posted a video on Saturday showing what is believed to be Islamist supporters of deposed President Morsi throwing two young men off a building in Alexandria.

According to AlBawaba News, the video has been widely circulated online. One of the young men in the video, named Hamada Badr, was killed. He was allegedly celebrating the ousting of President Morsi, after which he came into contact with members of the Muslim Brotherhood.

His father, Mohammed Badr, confirmed that one of the young men was his son in an interview with el-Watan News on Saturday.

"Do you know the teen that they killed and disfigured his body and threw from the fifth floor is only 19 and four days," Mr. Badr said.

The Facebook page of the opposition group "Six April Students," originally formed in 2008 to support members of an industrial town planning a strike, posted a picture of a young man, who they believed was Badr, being thrown of the building on Friday by the "Muslim Brotherhood and other terrorist groups."
