I would add Terry Jeffords from Brooklyn 99 (played by Terry Crews) in at least the top 5. We don’t get to see him be a dad in every episode, since the show mostly focuses on the characters life while at work. But when we see him with his family, or even talking about them, it’s clear…
“Let’s Talk About Love” by Claire Kann is probably one of my favorites. The protagonist is biromantic and asexual, and it follows her as she falls for someone more intensely than she’s ever fallen before, which is naturally adorable and awkward.
Zahrah the Windseeker by Nnedi Okorafor. It's the first book I ever read with a young black girl as the protagonist, and it made me feel like I could have this amazing adventure too (even though I was almost an adult when I read it).
