From Biffy Clyro to Frightened Rabbit to Mogwai, we have musician friends to make sure our day really rocks.

In fact, almost the whole creative and cultural sector is pro-independence. It's not hard to see why: the exciting possibilities of self-determination appeal to creative minds.

4. Because we're rich.

Yep. Per head, we're richer than France. Richer than the UK. Richer than Japan.

So don't worry - the milky bars will be on us. And we'll share them more fairly too!

5. Because it's exciting.

Hold the phone. What, you mean we get to start afresh, but keep the institutions that already run the Scottish Government? With the freedom to change anything we like after elections?

And no Tory governments without a mandate? This calls for only one thing -

Alright, you know the stereotype of dour Scots. But we're not ALL like that. And a lot of us are beginning to recognise that taking opportunities and making them our own is a great thing.

7. Because we're total hotties.

We are pure gorgeous, by the way. Total catches.

Alright, well, not ALL of us, obviously. But we'll allow the best and brightest young students to stick around after they finish their studies to contribute to our economy and society. Besides, we've never kissed a Uruguayan.

8. Because we'll have something to celebrate.

We don't know about you, but we reckon young people like us have taken the brunt of this whole 'austerity' thing.

With independence we'll be able to re-develop our industries to create better-paid jobs. Isn't that worth a raising of glasses?

9. Because the people of England, NI and Wales will be #1 on our invite list
