Are You In A Toxic Relationship?
you wanna know if your relationship is toxic then ask yourself does he try to control you? yes then toxic. do you continue to break up knowing it's the right thing to do only to get back together and start the same pattern again? yes then toxic. do you always fight and I don't mean bicker, I mean fight constantly about stupid stuff? yes then toxic. and finally are you happy, does he or she make you happy or does this person make you extremely happy but also very sad? if you answered no to the first question then toxic. if you answered yes to the second part then you are in a toxic relationship that may be destroying your mental health among other things. a relationship is built on trust and respect and love all of which takes time to bloom but more often then not people stay in toxic relationships to not be alone or they don't even know they're in a toxic relationship.
