2. Our supervisor or ''manager'' or ''boss'' will tell you the exact same thing as we told you.

That is how we imagine you when you ask for our supervisor, we really have to do everything to help you, to keep the customer satisfied, asking for our supervisor won't change much and won't get us in trouble if that's what you want, we're like a family, our supervisor have dealt with people like you. Besides, we have lots of calls usually so they might be busy.

3. If you want lower prices and good coupons, calling us is your best option,

We are supossed to give our customers the best deals, we have lots of coupons, even free shipping in some cases, really, do not worry for your credit or debit card information, we are very careful with that information, we do not keep record of it, we can get in trouble for that. Just be nice please.

Never blame it on us, do not make it personal, we can even hang the phone if you start using foul language, but we can't respond that way and it might be upsetting. If you can't understand our accent try not to make racist comments, some people do and for that we are allowed to hang up on you as well for things like that.
