Inspired by the popularity of Zach Danger Brown, I decided to make a potato salad for hungry dogs at the Paramatma Andes Mountains Animal Sanctuary where all animals get the love and respect they deserve. The project is the ONLY vegan animal shelter in all of South America.

Recipe for 4 dogs:

8 large potatoes (boiled and mashed)

1 large avocado

1 cup chopped beans (raw)

1 cup chopped red bell pepper (raw)

1 tsp salt

Method:

Mash it all together!
