Hot drinks can be so soothing and comforting! Tea, hot chocolate, warm milk...there are lots of options to help you feel calm and happy, just try to avoid the caffeine if you can!

Most people I know don't get nearly enough sleep. It's hard when there are a million things to do and a lot of stress keeping you up. But even a 15 minute nap, or going to bed a little early, can help!

There are lots of ways to do it, but taking time to relax, be in the present, and listen to yourself is important. If meditation is daunting, try counting your breaths, using a guided video, or even just listening extra closely to calming music!

Exercise should be fun and something you can look forward to. Try a walk with some good music, weightlifting while you watch a show, swimming on a hot day, or a game of frisbee with your friends!

Whether you choose to write a daily list of your successes and gratitude, or to safely vent your problems, journaling can help you express your emotions, keep a record, and better understand yourself and maybe even others!

You should try journaling!

Honestly, when I'm feeling horrible, one of the most helpful things is finding things I'm grateful for. Try writing kind notes for friends to let them know you appreciate them, or even consider leaving simple and anonymous notes for strangers. You'll probably make someone else happy, too!
