At first I was like...
And then our short lived honey moon phase was over.
At first they just missed an appointment
So I called, in my most serious adult voice, and asked to speak to a supervisor about the fiasco and make a new appointment
It was a stern phone call
However they missed our appointment yet again
And it only gets worse from there...
In the end....
It has been almost one week since we have and service and Comcast makes me feel like all of these things. The moral of the story is, never trust anyone, especially Comcast.
