Ok, so these sausages aren't British, they are actually made in the Black Forest in Germany. But they are so awesome we couldn’t leave them out. The sausages are gluten-free, lactose free and simply smashing.

The Chill Beef: the wurst with attitude. Pork, beef and chilli made complete by lashings of mustard.

What’s so special about these sausages?

Have you ever experienced a sausage tasting plate? If not you need to, and it needs to be here. There’s a reason The Clifton Sausage is a West Country institution. Sausages are all local, all amazing and bear names to reflect the area: the Brunel and the Clifton for example.

It has to be the Clifton: pork, cider and wholegrain mustard. Wrap it up for winter in a Yorkshire pud and make it a Toad in the Hole.
