Overnight, No-Cook Refrigerator Oatmeal

A great meal to prepare ahead of time and grab on the go to work in the morning. It's easy, packed with protein, calcium, and fiber, and will let you start your day happy, full, and ready to take on the world.

Simply take a half-pint mason jar, fill 3/4 of the way with old-fashioned oats, chia seeds, milk, and yogurt. I usually add 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract as an extra sweetener. Add fruit of your choice, put on the lid, and shake gently to combine. Allow to sit in the fridge overnight and up to two-four days. Enjoy!
