Kendall Jenner Says She Used To Be "Really Angry" About Having To Deal With The Paparazzi And Constant Exposure

"You can literally find old videos of me screaming at the paparazzi."

Kendall Jenner is opening up about her struggles with anxiety once again.

Behind the scenes, the reality TV star turned model is still dealing deals with the panic attacks she's described in the past, as well as anger "and a little bit of depression."

Kendall recently got candid about how she's been dealing with these struggles, telling i-D, "I was having a panic attack two nights ago, and I was just like, 'Oh, but you know what? I'm just going to pick up this book and try to forget'."

"I just love having things that are for me and no one else, you know? I feel like reading is one of those things," Kendall explained, and said she also uses writing as an outlet to be creative, maintain her mental health, and manifest her goals.

According to Kendall, dealing with constant exposure and paparazzi attention has been a huge source of anxiety and anger for her.

"I used to be really angry," she said. "I mean, you can literally find old videos of me screaming at the paparazzi for no reason, but also for a very obvious reason."

"I'm just a lot more at peace with things now. It's hard to explain … it's just something that you learn to live with, I guess."
