Places You Don't Want To Be When The MTA Shuts Down

    Just stay home.

    1. Your ex's

We are all looking for that special someone right about now. Don't be that person.

    2. Trader Joe's

Yo. I know you all want your organic kale, but a grocery store isn't where you want to be right now.

    3. Bushwick

Unless you live there. Then that's fine.

    4. The 7 train

And you thought the service was bad already.

    5. Times Square

    HA.

    6. Queens Plaza

No shopping is worth this. Go to Forever 21 another day, you don't need that super discounted dress. Maybe it's 85 percent off for a reason. And that reason is so they can trap you for all eternity.

    7. Work

    LEAVE.

    8. A press conference

    LEAVE.

    9. Any type of school

Leave education for a safer day.

    10. The 13th Step

    YOOO. NOOOO.

    11. Central Park

You know all those scary movies you have been watching lately? Well, you're in it now.

    12. An all you can eat buffet

Sounds good in theory. Don't be tricked by this.

    13. Doctors office

    Longest day of your life.

    14. China Town

Those $3 bracelets aren't looking so good anymore, are they?

    15. Getting ice cream at Pinkberry

    Are you crazy.

    16. Getting a dollar slice

    GO. HOME.

    17. A bodega nowhere near where you live

Think outside the box, and go home.

    18. An apartment where you only kind of like the people in it

    Welcome to hell.

    19. The gym

I can't trust you if you are at the gym right now.

    20. Your other ex's place

Stop trying to make it work. It's not going to work.

    21. A party store

It's all fun and games until you realize the store is closing and you can't get home to celebrate with all your buds with the party hats you just bought that no doubt still read, "Happy New Year!" Quite happy indeed.

    22. Moral of the story is:

Go home. Stay home. Read a book. Catch up on Netflix. And maybe call your mom. She misses you.
