There are fewer things better in life than kicking back and relaxing with a great movie. However, sometimes mid-way through you'll stumble across something really problematic that hasn't stood the test of time.
Perhaps it's only something you've noticed since rewatching a movie from years ago. Like the fact that amid the Christmassy loveliness, there are large chunks of sexism, body-shaming and heteronormativity in Love Actually.

Or it could be a character flaw that's annoyed you for a while – like the fact that Andy's boyfriend in The Devil Wears Prada is a complete asshole.

It's not always limited to a single plot or character, though. Pretty much the entirety of Sex and the City 2 is problematic AF.

And classics, like Gone With The Wind, aren't exempt either.
