There are fewer things better in life than finding a movie you love. But there are fewer things worse than a sequel being made that could never match up to the original.
It could be something that is pretty much universally regarded as disastrous — like Sex and the City 2.
Or a sequel that clearly none of the cast from the original movie wanted to be a part of, like Mean Girls 2.
It could be a sequel that wasn't necessarily bad, but just could never match the original.
Or it could be a franchise that has had so many iterations you just wish it would come to an end.
