I'm basically an evangelist for Kiss imPress nails at this point. I've started opting for them instead of painting my nails because they're SO easy and look pretty seamless with nail beds. They're mistake-proof and won't damage your nails, unlike nails you have to glue on. And if you just need 'em for one day, you can easily take them off! But if you're wanting them for a longer haul, I find they normally last about three days for me and then one may get loose. This is Bella, one of many toys that the folks at Unsettling Toys are trying to rehome. The linked page shows the dolls available for "adoption" right now and you can even look at a gallery of "adopted" toys for some inspo on which one will be right for your home. The owners also looooove receiving unsettling toys once you email them with a bit of a backstory. The dolls are sometimes haunted, but of course there's no guarantee.
