I'm sure you'll remember The Lego Movie, aka the funniest and most wholesome movie that came out of 2014.
Well, after a way-too-long wait (and a bunch of equally hilarious spin-offs), we've finally been gifted with the trailer for The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part, and it looks just as great as the first one.
In the trailer, we see Chris Pratt return as Emmet, and Elizabeth Banks is back looking pretty Mad Max-esque as his love interest Wyldstyle.
And it's safe to say that everything in Bricksburg is decidedly ~not~ awesome since the first movie, when President Business tried to take over the world on Taco Tuesday.
Well, except for Emmet, obviously.
There's a new villain, voiced by Stephanie Beatriz (aka Rosa from Brooklyn Nine Nine), who seems to enjoy shooting pink heart-shaped explosives at things.
And, IDK about you, but I'm low-key on her side?
OK, maybe not the part about her kidnapping all of Emmet's friends. But at least this means there'll be a badass and hilarious Lego rescue mission.
The only bad news? We have to wait until FEBRUARY 2019 to see it. Can anyone make a time machine out of Lego?
