    This just in: Kylie Kristen Jenner has sold off 51% of her shares in Kylie Cosmetics to Coty Inc.

    That's not all! Kylie sold the shares for a cool $600 million.

    Before you get your lip kits in a twist, nothing is ~really~ changing — Kylie will still remain the face of the company, though it will officially become "Kylie Beauty" rather than "Kylie Cosmetics."

    With Coty Inc. acquiring a majority of shares in Kylie Cosmetics, the company is now valued at over $1.2 billion.

    Kylie is v excited about this new partnership and "building [Kylie Cosmetics] into an international beauty powerhouse.”
