I Have A Lot Of Thoughts About Arya And Gendry's Storyline On "Game Of Thrones" Last Night

    So many feelings.

🚨SPOILERS AHEAD! Read at your own risk!🚨

A LOT went down last night on Game of Thrones, but we're here to talk about Arya and Gendry.

Let's backtrack a lil' bit. Two weeks ago, before the Battle of Ice and Fire, Arya and Gendry finally ~consummated their love~.

Fast-forward to last night, when Gendry was given his rightful title:

Immediately, my mind went to this scene from Season 1:

    Gendry and Arya 👀 #GameofThrones

    AAAAHHHAHBR;BFUQI'NRH;CIAORN!

So when Gendry ran to tell Arya the news, my heart was full of happiness!

And for a SPLIT SECOND I thought Arya was going to say yes...

...but deep down, I knew she wasn't going to accept his proposal. Not because she doesn't love him, but because she can't be who he wants her to be.

Actual footage of me being sad for five seconds before remembering Arya has told Gendry a million times that she isn't a "lady."

Arya's been saying this FROM THE JUMP!

Arya, rejecting Gendry’s proposal: “You’ll be a wonderful lord. And any lady would be lucky to have you. But I’m not a lady. I never have been. That’s not me.” Arya, Season 1 to her dad: #GameOfThrones

Arya been telling Gendry she isn’t a lady for years. LOLOL

Listen, Arya gave Gendry PLENTY of warnings. #GameofThrones

Arya loving Gendry but still deciding that she’s not a lady and has unfinished business #GameOfThrones

Arya turning down marrying Gendry and being his lady because she still has her own goals and shit to do is a BIG MOOD #gameofthrones

Gendry loves Arya and she loves him too. And that's the 🍵 #GameofThrones

Am I sad that Arya said no to Gendry? Of course! Am I happy that Arya knows herself well enough to make the best decisions for herself? Yes the fuck I am!

We don't know if this will be the end of the Gendrya road, but all I know is I can't wait to see what Arya does next!
