    How Do You Trick Or Treat In Handcuffs, Anyway?

    I was out shopping for Halloween costumes with my niece and nephew yesterday. Against my better judgement, we went into Sprit Halloween for costume ideas. While browsing through the boys section, we came across this costume. Let me also say that this was the ONLY costume pack in the children's section that had a brown child on the package.
