I like sleep. Like a good 10 hours of sleep. And no matter how rested I am, I have a really hard time getting moving when I wake up. I need a solid hour before I'm a functional human in the morning.
This doesn't make a ton of sense to me because it seems like they are comparing different impact levels. For high impact sports or activities, you should always wear a sports bra that goes by cup size. None of this 8/10/12, S/M/L nonsense. I only wear those for yoga. Or sometimes…Â
