Drip Irrigation: What It Is, How It Works And Advantages
In summer, irrigation becomes a very important need for our organic garden , especially in drier seasons like the one we are now having in summer in Spain. Seeing that the necessary resources (such as electricity and water) are increasingly expensive and little available for a conventional user, the use of drip irrigation is increasingly widespread in our gardens as it is an irrigation system that consumes little and it serves to save water. The elements that are used to drain are called drippers , which release a very small flow. All these drippers are usually inserted in a polyethylene pipe that permanently covers the crop surface. Drippers have two types first is flat drippers and second is round drippers in them many types of dripper available like Pressure Compensating Dripper.
