So I don't know if you've heard, but Air Sex is a thing. Think Air Guitar, but with an imaginary sexual partner in place of a musical instrument. Well the best Air Sex competitors battled it out last weekend in Austin, TX and the results were worth dropping your panties over.
Arriving from across the country, regional Air Sex champions got it on at The Mohawk in Austin, TX last Saturday, and took the stage for the right to be called the Air Sex World Champion.
Entering its sixth year as a nationally touring road show, the Air Sex Championships combine the pageantry and prestige of sports with the creative arts of storytelling, pantomiming, and improvisation. Eleven finalists battled it out for the much-coveted Air Sex Championship Belt. In the end, Adam "Tootnanny" Wilson from Brooklyn, New York took home the honors. "Going into the national finals this year, I set three goals for myself," says Wilson. The first was to establish a clear relationship—in this instance, I was a father and a husband. The second was to tell a story—putting the baby to bed early so as to be intimate with one's spouse is one to which we can all relate. Finally, I wanted to make clear eye contact with my air lover (my character's wife). Humanizing your air partner in this way is essential for the aspiring airsexual. I achieved my objectives and caught a few breaks, and I'm proud to give Brooklyn its first major sports championship since 1955."
"This was easily be the biggest, most intense, funniest Air Sex show of all time," says host Chris Trew, the comedian who weirded out millions with his Air Sex demonstrations on America's Got Talent and The Bad Girls Club.
The event was judged by a collection of local comedians, sex shop owners, and adult film stars including Alexis Texas and was sponsored by the sex toy company, Fleshlight.
