4 Things Miley Cyrus And Star Wars Have In Common

Sure, Miley Cyrus seems to have been written about in every possible way. Every angle has been covered... OR HAS IT? We've often wondered if Ms. Cyrus was truly human or whether she was even living on this planet. But now we have a theory that may unlock some definite answers: she's obviously a character from Star Wars.

1. Tongue Action: Miley the Hutt

Miley thinks she was the first person to use her tongue as a weapon of mass distraction. No, Miley. It was Jabba the Hutt. In fact, one of the most memorable/horrifying scenes from "Star Wars V: The Empire Strikes Back" involved Mr. The Hutt's tongue.

If this isn't the walk of a Star Wars character, I don't know what is. Her performance on the MTV VMAs is a textbook example of science fiction wizardry. This stage show also marked the moment Miley's tongue became self-aware and fully independent of its owner. And what was she crawling out of? Maybe a Bantha womb?

2. She's Always Surrounded by Furry Creatures

Furry bears dancing and flailing around uncontrollably? Unintelligible singing? These backup bears are the perfect decoration for any alien creature. And Ewoks party HARD if you haven't noticed.

These bears were definitely choreographed by an Ewok. And there goes that tongue again. Though Miley's use of little people, strange bears and token dancers, we think it may be homage to her home planet.

3. Amazing Costumes/Outfits

Princess Leia left little to the imagination (Nerds rejoice!) with her slave bikini and Miley is no stranger to this kind of garb. In this scene, the Princess looks up to a guest approaching Jabba the Hutt. But who is Miley's Jabba? That would be Robin Thicke. Of course.

Notice the similarity in clothing coverage? And the braids? Do you? Do you? Also, her hips look they're being robotically controlled. Maybe she's part droid, too?

Also, we're pretty sure a lightsaber would be no match for this foam finger.

4. Tusken Raider Dance Moves

Sometimes we sit and watch Miley dance wondering just what she's doing exactly with her body. Is it dancing? Is it convulsing? All of the above?

Well, this footage obtained from a Tatooine security camera (AKA the film, "Star Wars IV: A New Hope") demonstrates a common Tusken dance.

Miley revealed her true heritage when she did a photo shoot with Terry Richardson. Notice the position of her arms and the way she holds her hands. It looks like she's carrying the traditional Tusken weapon (seen above) called a "gaderffii," which is basically a stick with a spike on it.

And, again, with the tongue. Always the tongue.
