But the conspiracy goes even deeper...
Here, Ross innocently jokes that both of Monica's boyfriends past either cannot or will not have children.

Lastly, when Monica and Chandler first try for a baby, she jokes that he made both her and the room "sterile" with air freshener.

Was this the writers final nod?
While we may never know if the writers planned this all from the beginning, we do know that Monica and Chandler are perfect.
From when they first met...
To when Monica tried to seduce Chandler with macaroni, carrots, and knives.
Their first kiss...
To when he said "I love you" for the first time.
