This great -cute- man is ANDREW CUOMO, Gov. of NY...

He went before legislative leaders of New York State and asked, no- DEMANDED they allow drinking at restaurants and bars starting at 10 a.m. Sunday mornings, instead of noon.

That's right legislatives, we're talking brunch THIS big!!!

How big? THIS BIG.

And they said YES!!

That's right people- brunch has been extended in New York. You can tell- that's a signature boozy Sunday smile : )

In honor of this, we present the ULTIMATE BRUNCH COCKTAIL.

A sign of innovation for a delicious new era in morning imbibing...

1. Vanilla Vodka

(We chose Vodka Mariette, because it's all natural and has some coconut in it too!) Put about an ounce in your wine glass.

2. Rosé (duh!)

That should be enough... what's brunch without Rosé??? Fill up the rest of the glass.

3. Lemon

An ode to Liz Lemon. Throw a lil' slice in there!
