Jameela Jamil Made A Body Positive Instagram Account, And It's Kind Of Incredible

This would definitely help Tahani stay in the Good Place.

This is the ever-stunning Jameela Jamil, aka Tahani on NBC's The Good Place.

At the end of February, Jamil started the "I Weigh" campaign on Instagram in response to an incredibly offensive meme targeting the weights of the Kardashian-Jenner clan.

Jamil's story quickly went viral, and so many people started sharing their own "I Weigh" moments that on March 16, Jamil created a new Instagram account specifically for the campaign.

The account says in its bio that it was created to help people "feel valuable and see how amazing we are, and look beyond the flesh on our bones."

"I’m fucking tired of seeing women just ignore what’s amazing about them and their lives and their achievements, just because they don’t have a bloody thigh gap," Jamil wrote on Instagram encouraging others to send in their own "I Weigh" stories.

Scrolling through the account and seeing people celebrate themselves is so freaking inspiring.

To be completely honest, this the type of account I wish was around when I was growing up. Nothing but pure positivity and self love.

The "I Weigh" movement is a much needed reminder that your worth is not defined by your weight. So now is the perfect time to go grab a notebook and make a list of all the wonderful things that make you, you.
