Promising review: "These cookies are the real deal! Grain-free, real ingredients, and packed with flavor. I'll be honest, I'm kind of picky when it comes to grain-free cookies, but these checked all the boxes and more. Each bite was crunchy and delicious. Way to go Hu! (Virtual high five)." —Amanda

Promising review: "Heaven! Works great in my microwave. I add more water than they recommend and extra cheese, but I always did for Kraft mac and cheese boxes you make on stovetop, too. I live in a senior place and have Celiac AND am diabetic. These allow me to have a way to quickly adjust my blood sugar without big rebounds because I can have one spoonful or the whole container pretty much immediately. And they taste pretty good and don't seem too high in sodium. I always have them on hand now." —Pastor V

Promising review: "It is so awesome that they make gluten-free brownie brittle. I recently had to go gluten-free while I nurse my son who has a wheat/gluten allergy. This brownie brittle is soooo good. You really couldn't tell the difference between these and the regular brownie brittle. If anything, these might even be better. This is now my go-to snack. Thank you Sheila G!" —amz_usr_123

Bohana is a small Boston-based snack biz founded by two women, Priyal Bhartia and Nadine Habayeb. Priyal grew up eating popped water lily seeds and after reconnecting with the snack, she and Nadine teamed up to introduce Americans to the nutritious snack.
My boyfriend and I always need to keep "a crunchy" in the house and these ones are pretty darn delicious and don't make me feel like poo after I accidentally eat a whole bag in one sitting. They have a really satisfying crunch, and all the flavors are great (I do recommend trying them all, even the sweet ones), but if you're good with a little heat the Soulful Spice flavor is my personal fav. Bonus: they're not just gluten-free, but avoid all eight top allergens!

Three Wishes is a small business founded by a husband-and-wife duo. After the birth of their son, they decided to create a new kind of cereal that tastes as great as the sugary stuff with more nutrient-dense ingredients and protein. Their cereals are also free of corn, wheat, rice, dairy, oats, peanuts, and soy.
Promising review: "I’m a huge cereal lover and I found Three Wishes and have tried all of their flavors. I’m so happy that I can finally eat cereal again after finding out I am gluten intolerant and have other GI issues. Once the Fruity flavor came out I bought the six-box pack and I can’t stop eating it! It’s the best 'healthier option' cereal I have ever eaten and I have been through a few boxes of different cereals. Just give it a chance! You won’t regret it! My second favorite is the chocolate and the honey comes in a close third!!" —Megan

Promising review: "These are a great snack to have when you’re on the go or an easy way to add some plant-based protein for your meals. I’m a teacher so I often need to eat quickly and a handful of these really helps when I’m starting to get hungry. I love making these with a salad — so far my fave combo is cucumber, tomatoes, feta, and the beans with some balsamic! So easy and delicious." —Deemandd

Promising review: "Oh my goodness. My dream has come true! Since going gluten/dairy-free, a lot of my old favorites (including stroopwafels) became off-limits. Imagine my delight when I stumbled across these amazing treats! They are individually packaged and perfectly portable, which I appreciate. The aroma and the flavor send me straight to heaven every time. They are soft, perfectly hinted with cinnamon, and satisfying to the last bite. They have the creamy sweetness I expected but were not overly sweet, which was very nice. I have had them straight out of the package, and also warmed atop my mug of tea or coffee, and they are good either way. I am definitely buying these again, and will try the other flavors I can get my hands on as well!!!" —Momzilla4

I considered giving them one star to keep everyone from buying them up LOL." —CD
